Apple finally did it
Forget about the past decade of advancements in the mobile space, with pioneering products from the likes of Motorola, Oppo, and Samsung, because today Apple did it. (So weird to think that Apple will be part of the next “into the fold” video from Mr. Mobile.)
The iPhone Duo has been announced, and it looks really good. Samsung beat them to the passport-sized punch with the Fold8, but Apple has a surprising amount of influence for a tech company named after a piece of fruit, so I think they will give Samsung a run for their money. Just a guess.
Joking aside, Apple has finally joined the folding revolution, and this editor couldn’t be more pleased. Not only does the iPhone Duo look like a very nice product for the Liquid Glass OS iOS users out there, but it pretty much ensures that folding phones have arrived.
