Today should’ve been a joyous day for Halo fans as Halo: Campaign Evolved is now available for people who purchased the Premium Edition or Premium Edition Upgrade, and it’s received many glowing reviews on Metacritic (including one from us, which gave it a high score of 4/5 Stars).
Unfortunately, people who bought the Premium Edition or Premium Edition Upgrade via the Xbox Series X|S’s store or the Xbox on PC App aren’t so lucky because they’ve been unable to access the game despite paying money for it.

This has been confirmed by Halo Studio’s tech support team on X, which says they are aware of the situation and is working on fixing it. They will let players know status updates on their progress as soon as more info is available.
Fans are especially upset over this because if they couldn’t get the Premium Edition through Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. You have to shell out $69.99 separately for it, and it promised players up to five days of early access to the game. This isn’t the first time Xbox has failed to deliver early access for one of its products, and it’s frankly getting odd at this point.
Since this is one of Xbox’s flagship franchises, I have no doubt the developers are scrambling as fast as they can to fix this issue, and we’ll be sure to let you know when they do, so stay tuned for further updates.
