4. Our Response

• Review notice within 24 hours
• Remove content if valid
• Notify uploader (if registered)
• Allow counter-notice (see below)

5. File a Counter-Notice

If content was removed in error, reply to our email with:

• Your name, address, phone
• URL of removed content
• Statement: “I consent to jurisdiction in Kathmandu, Nepal.”
• Statement under perjury: “I believe removal was a mistake.”
• Signature

We restore content in 10–14 business days unless claimant files court action.

6. Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users with 3+ valid strikes.
